Black Box Pianos offers flexible rental options to suit your needs, with affordable monthly in-home rentals or short-term property staging solutions. Delivery, setup, and tuning are all provided in house—making the experience easy and hassle-free.

Our monthly piano rental service is designed for convenience and value with a low monthly rental fee, and including one professional tuning after delivery. For longer-term rentals, we also offer complimentary tuning every six months, so you can enjoy ongoing sound quality and performance. Our instruments are all Japanese built, high quality pianos and come regulated and tuned ready for you to enjoy.

Delivery, pickup and the first month’s rental fee are paid upfront, with a simple ongoing monthly payment while you enjoy the piano.

Property Styling

Our property styling rentals are the perfect way to add elegance and sophistication to your space. Ideal for home staging and real estate photography, our pianos are available on a weekly rental basis (minimum 6 weeks). Starting from $110 just week, create a lasting impression with a beautifully presented instrument that elevates any interior.

Pickup & Delivery Fees

Our in house delivery and pickup services to ensures your rental piano arrives safely and is set up with care. Rates are as follows:

• Brisbane Metro Area: $250 each way

• Sunshine Coast or Gold Coast: $350 each way

Fees are for ground floor non technical access, Additional fees may apply for difficult access such as stairs (over 4 steps), tight or steep access.
